​1. طبيعة الخدمات والتعاقد المالي

​وصف الخدمة: مؤسسة آبار زمزم هي مؤسسة فردية مسجلة رسمياً في جمهورية تشاد، ومتخصصة في أعمال الأشغال العامة ومقاولات حفر آبار المياه السطحية والارتوازية، وتوريد وتركيب منظومات الطاقة الشمسية والمضخات.

​النزاهة المالية والدفع: يتم إصدار فواتير تجارية رسمية وعقود قانونية لكل مشروع. تلتزم المؤسسة بحماية بيانات الدفع الخاصة بالعملاء، وتتم معالجة كافة المعاملات المالية إلكترونياً من خلال بوابات دفع وسيطة ومشفرة وآمنة تماماً تلتزم بمعايير الأمان العالمية.

​2. حدود المسؤولية التشغيلية (Limitation of Liability)

​المسؤولية الميدانية: تبذل المؤسسة كافة الجهود الفنية والهندسية لإتمام حفر الآبار وتركيب منظومات الطاقة الشمسية وفقاً للمقاييس المتفق عليها في العقود.

​القوة القاهرة والظروف الطبيعية: لا تتحمل المؤسسة المسؤولية عن أي تأخير في التنفيذ ناتج عن ظروف طبيعية خارجة عن الإرادة (مثل: التغيرات الجيولوجية المفاجئة في طبقات الأرض، جفاف المجرى المائي الجوفي الطبيعي، الفيضانات، أو الظروف المناخية القاسية)، ويتم التعامل مع هذه الحالات بالتنسيق الودي والمباشر مع العميل وفقاً لملحق العقد الميداني.

​3. سياسة الملكية الفكرية

ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك، فإن مؤسسة آبار زمزم تمتلك بالكامل حقوق الملكية الفكرية لكافة المواد، النصوص، الصور، والشعارات المعروضة على موقع abbarzamzam.com. جميع حقوق الملكية محفوظة ويمنع منعاً باتاً نسخ، بيع، أو إعادة نشر هذا المحتوى لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
